The team can help with large scale PCR and sanger sequencing, as well as screening of gene edited lines.

The team offers conventional TILLING (up to 1.2kb of genomic sequence) to academic and commercial organisations and includes the cost of primer design, production and testing. An additional charge may apply for delivery and certification of seeds (i.e. phytosanitary certificate if needed). Contact us for price and additional services.
