Advances Winter 2024/25 – digital edition now available

Wheat ear in a hand

Welcome to the latest e-edition of Advances – the John Innes Centre magazine. After a short publication pause, we are back, with a magazine full of scientific achievements.

Partnership is the thread running through each story; whether demonstrated by microbes in the soil working with plants, or international collaborative research, teamwork really is key.

We are also proud to present our fundraising campaign, now being rolled out to boost our capabilities and future-proof our infrastructure. We are proud of this ambitious venture with our partner The Sainsbury Laboratory, which will help us to create a ground-breaking research and innovation hub for the UK.

You can read Advances magazine on our website or via a PDF flipbook – and to make sure you get it delivered straight into your inbox next time, sign up to our e-Advances mailing list.

You can also follow us on social media @JohnInnesCentre.

If you have any feedback, please email us at comms@jic.ac.uk. Enjoy your read!
