Dr Govind Chandra

Govind works on analysing gene expression and gene regulation data arising out of ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq and Affymetrix experiments carried out on bacteria (mostly Streptomyces).

These experiments are aimed to improve our understanding of the two coupled processes of morphological development and antibiotic production by Streptomyces.
