Yang Yue
Postdoctoral ScientistYang is currently working within the Martin lab.
He is interested in multidisciplinary approaches to understand how plant-based foods interact with the host and the gut microbiome to influence human health. Yang is particularly passionate about integrating nutritional science, microbiology, and systems biology to explore these complex interactions.
More broadly, he is motivated to understand food systems and their role in addressing nutrition disparities and promoting equitable access to healthy diets.
