Sarah Barber

Sarah is the Supervisor for the Media Preparation Area.

The main services offered by the Media Preparation Area are media preparation, plate pouring, buffer preparation, , cleaning, drying and baking of used and new laboratory consumables and sterilisation of media, water, laboratory consumables and microbiological waste.

Since graduating from the University of Exeter, Sarah has worked in several Microbiology and Chemistry Laboratories in a variety of industries including food production, malting and veterinary pathology, as well as working as a Field Trials Technician for a local agronomy company.
