Daniella Shipley

Daniella works on the RevGenUK (TILLING platform).

RevGenUK involves the screening of TILLING populations to identify mutants in gene(s) of interest.

This includes experience on the high throughput screening using the Fragment Analyser (Agilent) for TILLING, quantification of DNA, and Sanger Sequencing using 96 well -qPCR plates.
