Our Surface Plasmon Resonance uses a Biacore 8K instrument (GE Healthcare), which is an eight needle, high-performance system, which rapidly provides high-quality kinetics and affinity data. Time to results is reduced by up to eight-fold compared with single-needle SPR systems.

The Biacore 8K has exceptional sensitivity enabling high quality kinetics from the fastest on rates to the slowest off rates.
It is an automated and robust system capable of high-quality kinetic characterisation of 64 interactions in 4h and screening of around 2,300 molecules in a single day.
