Recording slug sightings

We are not currently requesting sightings of slugs.

Thank you for all your records and sightings that you have sent in over the last few years. We now feel like we have a good picture of the numbers and spread of the Spanish Slug (Arion vulgaris).

We are now putting our efforts into working on trying to develop new and novel methods for controlling the damage caused by this species and reducing any further expansion in its numbers.
