Exploring the mechanism underlying the condensation of sperm nuclei in Arabidopsis.

Morphological observation indicated that the sperm cells have a smaller nuclei and more condensed chromatin compared with vegetative cell. However the molecular mechanism behind this visible difference is largely unknown.

Shujuan aim to elucidate the molecular mechanism underlying the condensation of sperm nuclei in Arabidopsis.
