Petros ZafeiriouPostdoctoral Scientist
Petros is currently working as part of Brittany Hazard’s group on a project where researching the health benefits of wheat, specifically looking at how starch is digested. His goal is to come up with new and exciting ways to use this knowledge and positively impact health and the environment.
Aside from work, he enjoys travelling and exploring new places, especially when it involves finding great food. And to balance it all out, he likes to stay active.
