Azam Lashkari

Postdoctoral Scientist

Environmental factors threaten production of all field-based crops. In this regard, breeding climate-resilient crops is a vital step to achieve food security in a warming climate.

As a part of this effort, Azam’s research mainly focuses on the impact of high temperatures on crops using dynamic and statistical crop models. Azam is interested in integrating G*E interactions into crop growth models.
