Martin TrickStrategic Research ScientistComputational and Systems BiologyContact detailsTel: +44 (0)1603 450557 Research interestsMy major interest is in the development of Computational Biology methods and resources to advance work in comparative genomics at JIC, chiefly in the Arabidopsis/Brassica model-to-crop system. I am currently engaged in a project to annotate the sequenced genespace of the Brassica rapa genome. I am also developing work in the newly emerging Brachypodium-wheat-rice system. Recently I have been exploring the use of Solexa transcriptome sequencing for marker development in complex crop genomes. Selected PublicationsTrick M., Kwon S. J., Choi S.
