Genomic enabled technologies

We have worked with colleagues to develop a series of technologies and resources to empower biological discoveries in polyploid wheat.

This includes:

• Development of sequenced mutant populations for reverse genetics in wheat
• Expression browser to visualise over 1,000 RNA-Seq datasets in wheat
• Genomic resources and training websites
• Wheat haplotype viewer
