Rosh Badgami

Rosh is presently working to identify genes involved in resistance in wheat to the fungal disease Fusarium Head Blight (FHB) within the Nicholson lab.

This involves screening various plant materials for responses to fungal infection or deoxynivalenol mycotoxin application, defining genomic intervals, and using gene expression and annotation data to identify candidate genes.
