Metabolomics
The
John Innes Centre has an eswtablished plant
metabolomics platform developed in collaboration with other members
of the Norwich Research
Park. Our own interests are in the area of phenylpropanoid
biosynthesis and especially isoflavonoids in legumes. Legumes
have three routes for elaborating flavonoid precursors. For this
work we are using the model legume, Lotus japonicus.
