Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be uploaded via the online registration form. You can go back into your registration to upload your abstract after you have registered. Attendees will be asked to enter a password which will allow you to update your own account and upload your abstract at a later date. Please note that the deadline for uploading abstracts is 13th June 2008.

The selection of the presentations (orals and posters) will be based on the review of the abstracts by the Scientific Committee. The abstracts should explicitly mention objectives, new results, and conclusions or significance of the work.

To submit an abstract please consider the following information:

Name and address (postal and e-mail) of the person with whom the conference office should correspond (this is usually, but not necessarily, the presenting author)
The title of your paper
The abstract in electronic form (the abstract should explicitly mention objectives, new results, and conclusions or significance of the work).
Abstracts should be of 1 page, including figures.
Page size A4 (210 x 297 mm)
All margins 2.5 cm
Font: Arial
Line spacing 1.5
Title: 14 pt, bold, centred, presenting author underlined
Body text: 12 pt
Subheadings: 12 pt, bold
