Streptech
Streptech is situated in its own laboratories in the Norwich Bioincubator on the John Innes Centre (JIC) campus. Established in 2010 as a John Innes Enterprise company, StrepTech draws on the world-renowned experience of the JIC scientists, in particular those from the Streptomyces group. The company’s specializes in all areas of the genetic manipulation of Streptomyces and related species, enabling the improvement of yields of known biologics and the discovery and characterisation of new molecules. Streptech interacts with industrial and academic partners can be managed as consultancies, collaborations or as contract research.
