AdVaB logo

 

Adding value to the UK Brassica Crop Science Community (AdVaB) is a BBSRC ‘Innovations in Crop Science’ project.  In addition to JIC (Østergaard and Irwin), this project involves Graham King at RRes (coordinator) and David Pink/Graham Teakle at Warwick HRI.

Aim: Generating TILLING resource and transformation technology for B. rapa.

 

RevGenUK logo

 

RevGenUK is a project funded by the ‘Bioinformatics and Biological Resources’ fund (BBSRC).

Aim: A 'single-stop' shop for use in functional genomics research consisting of an efficient reverse genetics service.

 

CisCode logo

 

Ciscode is an ERA-PG network with eight participating Institutions in Europe. This is a collaboration with Robert Sablowski.

Aim: to achieve an understanding of the cis-regulatory elements controlling reproduction in plants
