Conference Venue

The conference will be held in the John Innes Centre's own Conference Centre, an architecturally impressive building designed to provide state-of-the-art facilities for symposia, exhibitions and smaller meetings.

• Lecture Theatre providing tiered accommodation for 320 people
• Four seminar rooms seating 25-55 delegates, opening up to create two larger rooms, accommodating 80 delegates each
• Exhibition areas in ground-level and gallery foyers
• Reception desk, cloakroom and toilet facilities in ground-level foyer
• Closed-circuit televisions in ground-level and gallery foyers

Audio-visual services available include data/video projection (PowerPoint, MAC or PC), overhead and 35mm transparency projection.

The ground-level foyer has level access for wheelchairs through to cloakrooms, seminar rooms and the lecture theatre. The lecture theatre auditorium has a loop system to assist those with hearing difficulties.

For the comfort and safety of users, the entire Conference Centre is air-conditioned and operates a no-smoking policy.

Car parking is available and convenient for the Conference Centre.
