JIC Corporate Statement on Alleged Wrong-doingJIC recognizes that it is in its interest to have procedures in place that allow allegations of wrong-doing to be properly examined without those who make allegations in good faith being subjected to victimization or dismissal. So-called "whistleblowing" is dealt with by the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 and is managed under the BBSRC's staff code. See also our statement on Dealing with Allegations of Scientific Malpractice. For further information refer to the appropriate section of the BBSRC Employment Code. |
