Event Support

With our flexible approach to event planning and our extensive range of services we can help take care of your event needs.

A full range of tasty catering options are available from a choice of hearty breakfasts, delicious sandwiches to mouth watering buffets. The conference facilities are fully licensed.

Audio-visual Services

We can offer a full range of audio visual equipment including overhead projectors, 35mm slide projectors, data projectors, white boards, flipcharts and microphones. The conference facilities have ISDN2 lines and internet access.

The auditorium is equipped with an induction loop hearing system.

The services of an AV technician during working hours are included in the hire fee for the Auditorium.

Additional AV requirements can be met if sufficient notice in advance is given.

Car Parking

Ample free care parking is available within easy reach of all conference centre facilities and for large events we can provide marshals upon request.
